Stal Tops is not liable for damage, illness and / or injury of people, animals, means of transport or otherwise. Horses are treated at the risk of the owner.

• Semen from our stallions can be ordered daily by telephone or e-mail from 08:30 to 17:00. When ordering, the name and life number of the mare and the name and address of the owner must be provided. By ordering and receiving the semen, the mare owner has taken note of our stud and payment conditions and declares to agree to these conditions.
  
  
• All stud fees are exclusive of VAT, shipping costs and remittance and / or pedigree costs. All shipping costs incurred, as well as the shipping costs of foreign semen are fully charged to the mare owner
  
  
• If the semen is intended for embryo flushing, this must be stated immediately at the time of the first order. If an embryo is flushed, a €250 fee will be charged. The remaining stud fee is invoiced to a pregnant surrogate mother. If no embryo has been flushed, semen can be ordered again after consultation of a statement from the veterinarian about the negative flush.
  
  
• If your mare is not pregnant, we would like to receive a written statement from your veterinarian before October 1, 2023. After this date, the gust reduction expires.
  
  
• Please pass on any complaints about an invoice to us within 10 days of the invoice date, after this date we can no longer make any changes. Data passed on to the studbook is made after payment of the stud fee.
